PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY |
|
This policy is specific to the Design & Creative Writing Services of Hillman B2. Payment Policies for Events and Promotions Services are included with the specific property and/or online as appropriate. |
| 1. Definitions |
| Any person that purchase or order services through this website is considered as and herein referred to as Customer. Any order, services, websites, documents, etc., that is paid for, deposit or otherwise, through this website is herein referred to as Orders. A person may submit a Quote Request through this website with no obligation. If the person subsequently purchases a product or service, they become a Customer. |
| 2. Deposit |
| A fifty percent deposit is required for most Orders. For the services where a deposit is either not required by Hillman B2 to start the Order, or the customer prefers to pay in full when the Order is initiated, half of the total Order cost is still considered and regarded as a non refundable deposit, additionally, sections 4 & 5(i) of this policy will still apply to the Order transaction. Because of the requirement to immediately schedule labor to fill Orders, and the subsequent impact on scheduling additional Orders, all deposits are unconditionally non refundable, unless Hillman B2 is unable to perform the services ordered. |
| 3. Customer Review |
| Once the deposit has been verified, we will began processing Orders. Upon completion of the final draft of the Order, the Customer will be allowed to review select content or alternating pages in order to gauge quality and consistency with expectations. Customer will be allowed to make edits at this time to the select content or alternating pages, Hillman B2 refers to this as Stage One Edits. We will then make the edits and requested changes as suggested by Customer. Before the remaining portion of the Order can be reviewed, the Customer will be required to make final payment. |
| 4. Final Payment & Complete Order Release |
| Upon verifying final payment from Customer, we will electronically release the complete Order for final edits, Hillman B2 refers to this as Stage Two Edits. The customer is then allowed two business days to review the complete Order for minor changes. The customer will then report the changes to Hillman B2 for processing. Hillman B2 will make the changes and submit the complete Order to Customer, this will conclude the purchase and Order transaction. |
| 5. Cancellation |
| (i). Once the complete Order has
been electronically released by Hillman B2 for Stage Two Edits, no
refunds are permitted. (ii). If Customer decides to cancel Order, cancellation must occur before making final payment. At this time, only the portion of the Order with Stage One Edits will be submitted to Customer. Cancellation does not reverse the non-refundable deposit. Hillman B2 would have already started processing the final components of the Order, and if Customer cancels, we would be unable to recoup the time invested in Order development and processing. |
