Cancellation & Payment Policy:  Request for cancellations must be made in writing and submitted via email at cbryant@hillmanb2.com, or via fax at (404) 935-0530.  Advertisers that cancel at least 10 business days before the mailing date will be fully refunded, minus a $50 fee.  Cancellations that occur between 5 - 9 business days of the mailing date will be subject to a 40% cancellation fee due to the possible revenue loss from previously reserved space.  Cancellations less than 5 business days before the mailing date forfeits 100% of money paid for advertising. Ad payments that returned as NSF will be subject to a $35.00 charge.
